某铀钼伴生矿赋存状态与浸出性能研究

摘    要:对某铀、钼伴生矿进行了矿物赋存状态和浸出性能研究。结果表明:铀、钼矿石中U、Mo最高质量分数分别为0.262%和3%;矿石岩性为次流纹斑岩、流纹质凝灰岩和隐爆角砾岩;铀钼矿物主要为胶硫钼矿、钼铀矿、多水钼铀矿、辉钼矿。矿样粒度为-100目时,目标金属已充分暴露并有利于铀、钼浸出。水浸试验表明矿石因目标金属损失量过大而不适合物理选矿富集。矿石适宜氧化酸浸,硫酸消耗量为矿石质量9.5%、H_2O_2消耗量为矿石质量6%~8%。铀、钼的最高浸出率可达96.88%和69.12%。

Abstract:Minerals occurrence modes and acid leaching performance of a U-Mo associated ore was investigated.Lithology of ore with the highest U,Mo mass fraction content 0.262% and 3% shows 3 kinds petrographic composition as rhyolite porphyry,rhyolites and cryptoexplosive breccia.U,Mo minerals in the ore mainly include jordisite,umohoite,moluranite and molybdenite.Particle size results demonstrate the minerals grinded to minus 100 meshes can sufficiently reveal the U,Mo in the ore and it is benefit to U,Mo leaching.Flotation beneficiation is not appropriate to metallurgical process because of the high target metals loss rate via water leaching process.H2SO4 and H2O2 dosage recommended to oxidative acid leaching are 9.5 % and 6 % ~8 % of ore mass,and the highest U,Mo leaching rate are 96.88% and 69.21% respectively.
