摘    要:随着信息科学技术的发展及原地浸出采铀技术的广泛应用,地浸采铀现场管理、生产流程控制及工艺参数调整的决策制定等方面正朝着智能化水平迈进。经过近几年的地浸矿山信息化建设,新疆中核天山铀业有限公司已初步搭建了智能化管理平台,基本可实现生产工艺数据的采集、传输、分析及智能控制,完全可达到生产场所重要工艺环节24h无死角监控及异常情况自动反馈。天山铀业公司已初步建成了集工艺过程自动控制、生产场所实时监控、生产流程统一调度、应急管理综合指挥为一体的智能化工厂管理网络平台。

Abstract:With the wide application of in-situ leaching uranium mining and development of information technology,the in-situ leaching mining production management,process control and parameter adjustment of decision making and so on are moving toward intelligent level management system.By theconstruction and development of mine informationization,Tianshan Uranium Co.,Ltd has initially set up an intelligent management platform to collect,transmit,analysis and control the production.It also can monitor the important process of production in 24 hours and give feedback information automatically.The company has set up a network management platform which integrates the automatic control of the process,the real-time monitoring of the production site,the unified scheduling of production processes,and the integrated management of emergency management.
