摘    要:试验研究了四川某难选多金属锂辉石矿,该锂辉石矿伴生有磁铁矿、钽铌铁矿、锡石等可综合回收利用的矿物。试验最终采用重磁联选回收钽铌铁锡-锂辉石浮选-长石浮选的选别工艺,通过优化浮选药剂、电位浮选等技术手段,获得了钽铌精矿、锡石精矿、铁精矿、低铁锂辉石精矿、化工锂辉石精矿、长石精矿和石英精矿等6种产品,实现了该矿的清洁高效选别。该项技术可在同类型矿山中予以推广,对难选多金属锂辉石矿产资源的综合利用与环境保护有重大意义。

Abstract:This paper describes a study of a complex Spodumene-ore.This ore still contains Magnetite, Tantalum- Niobium-Iron-ore and Cassiterite which can be exploited. Process of this experiment is just as following: separating Tantalum, Niobium and Iron by Gravity-Magnetic-Spodumene flotation-Feldspar flotation, by optimizing the technical means of flotation reagents and potential flotation, we get products as tantalum and niobium concentrates, cassiterite concentrate, iron concentrate, low iron spodumene concentrates, chemical spodumene concentrate, concentrate feldspar and quartz concentrates, and ultimately realize the comprehensive utilization of ore and produce no tailings. This technique can be applied to similar spodumene ore, and it will be great significance on China's spodumene mineral resources comprehensive utilization and environmental protection.
