| 摘 要： | 对用4-二甲氨基吡啶作催化剂(DMAP催化法)测定烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚羟值方法进行了研究,通过控制反应温度、反应时间及电位滴定搅拌速度,使羟值分析方法比国标法快速并准确.同时选取4种不同羟值的烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚样品进行了测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差<0.3%(n=7),相对误差在±1%之间,测定结果与国标法测定结果相符合,是一种快速测定烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚羟值的方法.

| Abstract: | Rapid determination of Hydroxyl Value of fatty alcohol polyether with 4-dimethylaminopyridine as catalyst was studied.The veracity and reliability of the results of analysis of Hydroxyl Value is further improved by adjusting reaction temperature,reaction time and stirring speed of potentiometric titration.Four kinds of sample with different hydroxyl value were measured.The relative standard deviation of results was less than 0.3%(n=7),and the relative error was less than ±1%.The determination results of the method were consistent with those of standard methods. |
