多金属复杂铜矿铜锌硫分离浮选试验研究

摘    要:针对某复杂铜锌硫化矿石的综合回收开展分离浮选试验研究,试验研究结果表明:采用优先浮选流程,选用硫化钠、硫酸锌和亚硫酸钠合理组合抑锌选铜,最后从铜尾矿中选锌,实现了铜锌分离,获得了铜回收率73.18%、铜精矿品位22.21%,锌回收率67.55%、锌精矿品位43.20%的好指标。

A EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SEPARATION BETWEEN COPPER AND ZINC BY FLOTATION OF COMPLICATED SULPHIDE ORE BEARING COPPER AND ZINC

Abstract:A experimental study of flotation was processed toward comprehensive recovery of some kind of complicated sulphide ore bearing copper and zinc. The results indicated that the separation between copper and zinc was actualized through which first selecting copper by controlling zinc through rational combination of Na2S, ZnSO4 and Na2SO3, at last selecting zinc from copper tailing using preferential flotation flowsheet. It was obtained that copper recovery was 73.18%, the grade of copper concentrate was 22.21%, zinc recovery was 67.55%, the grade of zinc concentrate was 43.20%.
