摘    要:功果桥水电站左岸砂石加工系统规模大,生产工艺复杂,成品骨料品种多且品质要求高。砂岩制砂难度大,常态砂和碾压砂均要求较高的石粉含量,是加工系统设计的关键工艺环节。因此,加工系统工艺设计充分考虑工程特点,对关键工艺进行针对性的试验论证,确保系统先进可靠,满足工程要求。

Abstract:The aggregate processing system on the left bank of Gongguoqiao hydropower project is large and the processing technology is complex, and the aggregate products from it shall be of many kinds and high quality. It is difficult to process sandrock into sands, as normal sands and roller - compacted sands require high content of rock powder, which becomes a key technology in design of the processing system. Therefore, project features are fully considered in the design of the processing system and specific tests and justification of key procedures are made to ensure the system be reliable and advanced, and the requirements of the project be satisfied.
