| 摘 要： | 自2004年国家投资体制改革之后，输变电建设项目的审批程序有许多调整。文章分析了输变电建设项目各阶段涉及的法律法规、部委规章，结合实际建设经验，对需要办理的各项行政许可审批进行总结，并给出建设过程总的审批程序流程，以期为输变电工程建设提供指导和借鉴.
