弧齿锥齿轮磨齿砂轮修整仿真研究

摘    要:锥齿轮磨齿工艺可以有效降低齿轮表面粗糙度,修正齿面曲率,矫正接触区域,从而改善啮合传动。磨齿前对砂轮的修形直接决定了磨齿后齿面的形貌。文中研究了弧齿锥齿轮砂轮修形的计算调整方法,建立了修形模型,给出了修形表面的数学方程及计算点处曲率计算公式,对实际磨齿加工中砂轮修形调整具有指导意义。

Abstract:The grinding process of spiral bevel gears can effectively smooth the tooth surface, revise the curvature of tooth profile, modify tooth contact, which eventually improves the meshing condition to transmit. The latter tooth profile gained is directly influenced by he former modification of grinding wheel. This paper researches on the adjusting method to modify grinding wheel, builds a precise model, proposes the math function of tooth surface. It instructs the practice of milling process in aspect of modification of grinding wheel.
