高碳钢铸坯缺陷机理探讨

摘    要:通过对高碳钢铸坯的中心偏析、内部夹杂、表面裂纹的形成机理、影响因素、控制措施的分析,弄清了高碳钢铸坯缺陷的成因,为炼钢厂高碳钢的冶炼和连铸工艺的制定奠定了基础,还提出了铸坯中心缺陷最小化设计原则。

Abstract:Through analyzing causing mechanism, influencing factors and controlling measures of central segregation, internal inclusion and surface crack of high carbon steel billet, I figured out causes of defects of high carbon steel billet so as to set a base for designing processes of smelting and continuous casting in steel plant and provided principle to minimize central defects of billet.
