摘    要:奥氏体异种钢焊缝超声相控阵检测(PAUT)新法的要点是:(1)用电子背散射衍射法评价奥氏体焊缝显微结构特征;(2)将显微结构数据输入模型,修正适用延时法则;(3)在焊接试样及被检工件上进行特性验证。此法有望为解决承压设备奥氏体异种钢焊缝超声检测因声场畸变引起的表征定量困难,提供有效途径。

A New Approach for Inspection of Austenitic Dissimilar Welds Using PAUT Techniques

Abstract:The essentials of a new approach for phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) of austenitic dissimilar welds are composed of (1) Electron back scatter diffraction techniques were used to evaluate the texture of the weld; (2) The microstructural information was input to a model in order to adjust applied focal laws; (3) Carrying out the performance demonstration on the weld samples and inspected objects. The new approach may be expected to provide an effective manner to overcome difficulties in characteriza- tion and sizing due to the distortion of the sound field in inspection of austenitic dissimilar welds of pres- sure equipment.
