灼烧后压片-X荧光法测定烧结石灰3元素

摘    要:针对粉末压片-X荧光法测试烧结石灰CaO准确度不好问题,试验了样品经灼烧处理后再压片测试并用烧失量校正测试数据的方法。结果表明,该方法主量元素CaO的分析准确度明显提高,达到国家标准方法分析允差要求,MgO、SiO2的准确度有所提高,结果令人满意。

Abstract:In this paper, pressed powder pellet-X fluorescence test the accuracy of the sintered lime CaO bad problem, test the samples were processed after compression ignition with LOI test and calibration test data. The results show that the accuracy of the method analysis of major elements CaO significantly increased, reaching the national standard method analysis of tolerance requirements, the accuracy of MgO, SiO2 has increased, with satisfactory results.
