国标GB/T28290—2012《电镀锡钢板表面铬的试验方法》中电解法的验证及思考

摘    要:针对国标GB/T28290—2012《电镀锡钢板表面铬的试验方法》中电解法关于电解的起点与终点进行试验验证,试验结果表胡反应起点为电解曲线的第一个拐点,与该标准一致;但反应终点为电解曲线出现平台时,与该标准不一致。电解法测表面铬是一种半定量的方法,测定不同工艺的产品时,应该使用不同的相关系数。

Abstract:The experimental verification of the electrolysis method in " The determination method for chromium on tin plate" (GB/T 28290-2012) was established, which was mainly about confirming the start point and the terminal point. The results indicated that the start point of electrolysis was the first inflection point of electrolysis curve, which is agree with the standard. But the terminal point of reaction was when electrolysis curve became platform, which was different from the standard. The t method for chromium on tin plate is a semi quantitative method.Determinating different products of different processes, should use different correlation coefficient.
