| 摘 要： | 针对在用加氢反应器定期检验的超声检测,依据加氢反应器结构和使用特点确定检测重点部位,提出不等厚焊缝中缺陷的定位修正及反应器堆焊层的剥离和堆焊层间裂纹是检测工艺实施过程中应重点关注的问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper the hydrogenation reactor periodic inspection ultrasonic detection, according to the hydrogenation reactor structure and characteristics determine the detection key parts, propose unequal thickness defects in positioning correction and reactor overlay welding layer peeling and crack is detected during the process should focus on the problem. |
