| 摘 要： | 随着GB／T19001—2008《质量管理体系要求》标准的实施，要求企业关注质量管理体系在满足顾客要求方面的有效性。作为企业质量管理体系中很重要的过程——审核的有效性必然应得到相应关注。笔者就如何提高审核有效性提出了一些想法。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of GB/T 19001-2008 Quality management systems--Requirements, enterprises are required to pay attention to the effectiveness of quality management system on compliance with customer requirements. As an important procedure of quality management system, its audit effectiveness should be inevitably paid attention to. The author presents several thoughts on how to improve the effectiveness of quality management system audit. |
