短流程生产35CrMnSiA的工艺实践

摘    要:矿山机械用钢35CrMnSiA(/%:O.32~O.39C,1.10~1.40Si,0.80~1.10Mn,1.10~1.40Cr,≤0.025P,≤0.025S)的工艺流程为废钢+铁水-50tUHPEBTEAF-60tLF-VD-180mm×220mm连铸。通过采用电弧炉全程泡沫渣埋弧操作,EBT出钢合金化,控制精炼渣(/%:0.42~0.50CaO,12~15SiO2,26~28A12O3,10~12MgO)碱度3.0~4.0,SiC扩散脱氧,VD67Pa真空状态下保持12min,连铸全程保护浇铸,所生产矿山机械用钢35CrMnSiA轧材中氧含量为11×10-6~16×10-6,钢材各项性能检测结果均符合标准要求。

Abstract:The flow sheet for mining machinery steel 35CrMnSiA(/%:O.32-0.39C, 1.10~l.40Si, 0.80~1.10Mn, 1.10-1.40Cr, ≤0.025P, ≤0.025S ) is scrap +hot metal-50t UHP EBT EAF-60tLF-VD-180 mm × 220 mm CC process, Withusing foaming slag submerged arc operation in whole period of arcfumace steelmaking, EBT tapping and alloying, controlling basicity 3.0~4.0 of LF secondary refining slag (/%: 0.42~0.50CaO, 12~ 15SiO2, 26~28A1203, 10~ 12MgO ) , diffusion-deoxidizing by SiC, VD for 12 min in vacuum below 67 Pa, and shielding casting in whole period, the oxygen content in mining machinery steel 35CrMnSiA rolled products is 11 × 10-6~16× 10-6, all the performance test results for 35CrMnSiA conform to standard requirement.
