紫外线曝光机的总体设计

摘    要:随着电子行业的飞速发展,对作为电子元器件基础的印制板的需求量及其加工精度的要求越来越高。紫外线曝光机是印制板制造工艺中的重要设备。传统曝光机的玻璃-迈拉晒架在生产过程中需要人工赶气,迈拉膜需要经常更换。由于冷却系统过于臃肿,使得其生产成本高、效率低,已不能满足PC B 生产的需要。在实验基础上设计了双玻璃晒架曝光机,改进了其主要组成部分,包括晒架系统、光路系统、冷却系统以及电气和控制系统的整体设计。实验结果表明,散射光双玻璃晒架曝光机达到了总体设计要求。

Abstract:With the development of IC (integrate circuit) industry, the demand an d precision of PCB which based on electronic component is greatly increasing. Ul traviolet (UV) exposure machine is very important equipment during manufacturing process of PCB. The Mylar-Glass frame which used in traditional exposure machin e has had to drive away the air and the Mylar need replacing frequently during p roduction. Because of the cooling system is too overstaffed, the exposure machin e has a high cost of production and poor efficiency. The exposure machine can't satisfy the PCB production's needs. This paper give a general design of scatte red exposure machine with glass-glass fame and improve on the main structure suc h as frame unit, optical unit, air cooling unit, electric and control unit. The experiment results show that the machine works very well and satisfy the design parameters.
