摘    要:提出一种基于温度监测的立式锅炉防干烧技术:分别在与最低安全水位平齐的冲天管壁面上、与最高火界平齐的炉胆壁面上以及炉胆下部远离进水口和排污口的饱和水中安装三个温度传感器,通过对三个温度传感器的温差信号和各自的温度梯度信号判断当前的水位,实现对壁温的监测,确定是否进行低水位报警,必要时锁定给水泵以防止锅炉操作人员贸然给水,可有效防止立式锅炉因缺水而引发的强度失效或爆炸事故。

Abstract:Proposed one technique of protection against drying heating of vertical boilers based on temperature monito- ring. Three temperature sensors are installed respectively, first on the wall surface of the circular flue at the lowest water level, second on the wall surface of the furnace at the highest fire level, and third in saturating water at the furnace bottom that is far from water inlet and blowdown outlet. The differences and gradients of the three temperatures are monitored for e- valuating the current water level and wall temperatures and determining if the low water level alarm is initiated. If necessa- ry, feed water pump will be deadlocked to prevent boiler operators to feed water rashly that may cause boiler explosion. In this way, strength failure or explosion accident of vertical boilers due to water shortage can be avoided effectively.
