| 摘 要： | 针对水库移民工程的特殊性,从招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段3个阶段分析和阐述了移民工程投资控制过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施和建议,为以后移民工程实施阶段的投资控制提供一定的依据和参考。
