基于高温空气燃烧技术的污泥掺煤焚烧系统设计

摘    要:采用高温空气层燃炉焚烧系统处理高水分污泥,计算得出处理1 kg水分为90%的高水分污泥,最佳的过量空气系数为1.65,氧气浓度为13%,一二次风配比为7:3,一燃室停留时间为7 218 s,排烟温度为182℃,所需耗煤量0.15 kg/kg,为高水分污泥处理提供一种新颖、高效、低成本的处理方式。

Abstract:The high moisture sludge was treated based on high temperature air combustion system,the calculated results showed that the optimal excess air ratio was 1.65,oxygen concentration was 13%,the rate of the first and the secondary air was 7:3,the residence time of material in primary chamber was 7 218 s,exhaust smoke temperature was 182 ℃,and coal consumption rate was 0.15 kg/kg,provided a kind of novel,high efficiency and low cost processing technique for high moisture sludge treatment.
