| Abstract: | The authors analyze the important roles that small-scale hydropower stations play in local economic construction, energy saving and emission reduction, ecological civilization construction of Guangxi. Based on introduction of the policy of China related to efficiency upgrade and capacity expansion of small-scale hydropower station, the authors put forward corresponding measures and supports of Guangxi. |
