中高速多级离心泵转子的动平衡试验与研究

摘    要:通过对中高速多级离心式高压液氨泵转子动平衡试验过程的分析与研究,阐述了该泵转子动平衡按实际的振动波形进行模态平衡的方法。根据转子高速动平衡运转试验及泵实际运行表明,该动平衡方法取得了良好效果。通过对液氨泵转子碰到的振动波形与模态平衡法试验的说明,为今后进一步探索同类机械转子模态平衡法动平衡试验提供了一些应用经验。

Abstract:With the analysis and study of dynamic balance test for the rotor in medium and high speed centrifugal high pressure liquid ammonia pump with multi stage, the method of carrying out modal balance according to actual vibration wave has been described. Based on the results from high speed dynamic balance test and the practical performance of the pump, the method was proved to be excellent. With the explanation for vibration wave of rotor in liquid ammonia pump and modal balance test, some practical experiences of modal balance test for the same rotors can be referenced.
