浅析薄膜电容器在电磁加热设备中的应用

摘    要:薄膜电容器由于具有耐压高、纹波电流大、杂散电感小、等效串联电阻小、使用寿命长等特点,大量使用在各种家用电器/工业设备/军工产品等等上。薄膜电容器有如此多的优点,但在实际使用中,研发设计人员经常忽略了一些细节,造成薄膜电容器没有发挥应有的电性能及产品优势,严重者还会导致电路失常、产品失效等情况发生。

Abstract:Film capacitors widely used in household appliance, industrial equipment, military affairs and so on, with the characteristic that high withstand voltage, heavy ripple current, low stray inductance, low ESR and long life time. But in practical use, R&D engineer often ignore some details, it impels that the film capacitors can't exert their electric capability and advantage, even lead to wrong circuit and product invalidation.
