| 摘 要： | 从板机头的特点出发，分析了运用三维有限元法对其进行设计的必要性；在等温假设的基础上，介绍了运用三维有限元法计算机头内流场的基本步骤；给出了以三维有限元法为工具，有用波阵技术对板机头流道进行理论设计的程序框图 。

| Abstract: | The features and design methods of dies for rubber extrusion sheets were discussed .According to the discussion,it was necessary to design the dies with three-dimensional finite element method.In view of isothermal flow,the procedure of simulating the flow field in dies was introduced.The program chart for designing sheet die runner with wave frontal technique was presented. |
