微小摩擦力测试系统的建立

摘    要:为了准确测出不同皮肤、指纹特征的摩擦特征,必须消除其它因素对摩擦力的影响,为此设计了一种气体静压支承结构的测试试验台.气体静压滑动支承可排除机构中的移动部件之间的摩擦力对测试结果的影响,实现了借助简单装置测量微小摩擦力的目的.文章重点讨论了静压支承结构的设计计算.

Abstract:This article presents the design of an innovative test-bed device to examine skin and fingerprint friction characteristics accurately, which can eliminate the influence between other moving parts of the gas bearing. The test-bed device employs the working principles of lubricant theory and gas movement equations in order to measure the tiny friction. This paper emphasizes on the discussion about design method in its structure. The very simple device provides a convenient means for studying in the field of tiny friction.
