| 摘 要： | 对钨含量大于95%,镍含量大于3%的钨镍铁合金镀硬铬进行了试验研究,确定了合适的工艺配方和参数。所得铬镀层均匀、细致、无明显缺陷;对镀铬层热震试验,加热至230℃保温2h后投入20℃的水中,镀层无起泡、无脱落;96h中性盐雾试验后无腐蚀出现。实验表明:钨镍合金镀硬铬后能增加耐蚀性和耐磨性。
