| 摘 要： | 中国建筑产业作为国民经济的支柱产业,是国民经济主要的贡献者。客观、准确地分析出中国各区域建筑产业竞争优势与不足,是制定建筑产业新发展战略的基础和前提。在对"优势理论"回顾的基础上,借鉴Porter教授的"钻石模型"分析范式,结合中国建筑产业自身特性,提出建筑产业竞争优势"五因素"评价指标体系。在此基础上,采用主成分分析与DEA-DA分析相结合的研究思路,首先对中国30个省份(除西藏外)的建筑产业竞争优势进行"五因素"主成分提取、压缩指标,根据计算的结果完成初始分类,而后利用DEA-DA模型进行两次分类判别,将中国30个省份(除西藏外)的建筑产业竞争优势分成四类并进行排序,最后有针对性地根据各区域的特点提出发展建议。
