| 摘 要： | 为避免循环水泵出口管道中可能产生的水锤现象，介绍了国产600MW亚临界燃煤发电机组配套循环水泵与出口蝶阀的配套选型构思，论述了防止产生水锤现象液压控制蝶阀的设备机理和时间设定，以及为保证循环水系统安全运行所采取的优化措施，这些措施为同类型机组循环水系统的改进提供了参考，同时提高了机组安全性。

| Abstract: | To avoid possible water hammer in outlet pipes of circulating-water pumps,this paper introduces the consideration on type selection of the circulating-water pumps and outlet butterfly valves for Chinese-made 600 MW subcritical-pressure coal-fired power generating units in Taishan Power Plant,Guangdong,describing the water-hammer-preventing mechanism and time setting of the hydraulic-controlled butterfly valves along with the optimizing measures taken to safeguard the circulating-water system,which enhance the safety of the units,and provide reference to improvement on circulating-water systems of similar units as well. |
