摘    要: 摘要:应用电力电子变压器可以实现煤矿井下660V/127V的电压变换,作为照明电源使用。为了简化电力电子变压器的结构,降低电路损耗,本文介绍了一种新型的单级三相高频隔离的AC/DC变换器及其控制方法——采用一个功率变换级同时完成PWM整流及高频隔离DC-DC变换,并且通过软件仿真验证了该拓扑结构的可行性。最后,在此基础上完成了小功率电路的样机实验及相关结论分析。结果表明,该变换器可以应用于煤矿井下照明电源的设计中。

Abstract:Abstract: Using power electronic transformers can transformer 660V/127V voltage as lighting power. In order to simplify the structure of power electronic transformer and reduce the circuit losses, this paper introduces a new kind of single-stage high-frequency isolated three-phase AC/DC converter and its control method--using a power conversion stage to complete the PWM rectifier and high-frequency isolated DC/DC converter. And then we tested the fesibility of the topology through software simulation. Finally, on this basis, we completed a low-power circuit design testing and analysis of relevant conclusions. The results show that the converter can be applied to the design of lighting power supply underground coal mine.
