皮带输送机上煤样自动采集装置的设计

摘    要:针对人工采样存在采样不准确、采样劳动强度高的缺点,设计了一种用于皮带输送机中部的煤样自动采集装置。从整体结构、采样铲设计、采样装置工作流程等方面进行了介绍,并且设计了五托辊支架,解决了采样铲运行轨迹与皮带弧度的不重合问题。系统的设计减少了人工煤样采集工作强度,保证了采样数据的完整性和准确性,同时可以为类似的颗粒自动采样提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:According to the disadvantages of manual sampling which is inaccuracy and high working strength,we design an automatic acquisition device for coal sample which is used in the middle of the belt conveyor in this paper.We introduce it from the overall structure,the designing of the sampling shovel and the working process of the sampler.The misalignment problem about the trajectory of the sampling shovel and the radian of the belt was solved based on the designing of the five roller rack.The designing of the system reduces working strength of the manual sampling,and ensures the integrity of the sampling data.It can also provide some reference value for similar particle automatic samplers.
