基于氧化热解综合指标的煤自燃倾向性研究

摘    要: 根据煤自燃倾向性的本质特征,对国内外主要煤自燃倾向性鉴定方法进行了评价,指出不足之处,通过煤氧化热解动力学实验,给出了用100~200℃的吸氧速率指标进行煤自燃倾向性高低评判方法。运用一级化学反应动力学机制,求出活化能,并比较了活化能和吸氧量与实际发火期的相关性分析。最后提出基于吸氧速率和活化能的煤自燃倾向性鉴定综合指标。

Abstract:According to the intrinsic features of the coal spontaneous combustion tendentiousness,an evaluation was conducted on the identification methods of the coal spontaneous combustion tendentiousness at home and abroad.The disadvantages of the methods were pointed out.With the coal oxidation and pyrolysis kinetics experiment conducted,the oxygen inhalation rate index under the temperature of 100~200℃ was applied to the evaluation method of the high or low coal spontaneous combustion tendentiousness.A first grade chemical reaction kinetics was applied to calculate the activated energy and a related analysis on the activated energy,oxygen inhalation and the actual firing period.Base on the oxygen inhalation rate and oxygen inhalation rate,the coal spontaneous combustion tendentiousness was provided for the verification of the comprehensive index.
