摘    要:为提高瓦斯抽采钻孔密封材料的封孔性能,研发了PD系列封孔材料,使用FEIQuantaTM 250环境扫描电子显微镜分析了其与钻孔壁结合特征及其向钻孔周边渗透情况,并建立了钻孔周边缝隙流体泄漏模型进行理论验证。该PD系列材料在潞安集团常村矿的现场试验表明其具有很好的密封性能,推广应用前景广阔。

Abstract:In order to improve the borehole sealing performances of the sealing material for the gas drainage borehole,PD series borehole sealing material was developed.FEI QuantaTM 250 environment scanning electron microscope was applied to analyze the sealing material and borehole wall binding features and the penetration condition in the surroundings of the borehole.The liquid leakage model of the surrounding cracking in the borehole was verified.The site experiments of the PD series material applied in Changcun Mine of Lu’an Group showed that the PD series material could have excellent sealing performances and the application outlook of the PD series material would be wide.
