摘    要: 摘要:为了有效降低采煤工作面粉尘浓度,减少工人尘肺病发病次数,避免粉尘爆炸等恶性事故,本文在滚筒采煤机切割煤炭过程中产尘机理的基础上,结合流体动力学等相关理论,提出了高压气流引射喷雾降尘理论与技术。详细阐述了高压气流引射喷雾降尘的基本原理和卷吸机理;深入分析了高压气流引射喷雾降尘技术体系中雾尘的相互作用;介绍了高压气流引射喷雾降尘技术的主要特点。通过工业性试验,测定了高压气流引射喷雾降尘设备的实际效果,为煤矿粉尘防治工作提供了新的思路和方法,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In order to reduce the dust density in the coal mining face and to avoid the dust explosion and other malignant accidents,in combination with the fluid dynamics and other related theory,a dust control theory and technology with high pressure air jet spray was provided.The interreaction of the dust fog in the dust control technology system with the high pressure air jet spray was analyzed in detail.With the industrial trial,the actual effect of the dust control device with the high pressure air jet spray was measured,could provide the new idea and method to the mine dust prevention and control and good effect was obtained from the dust control device.
