煤炭资源是我国现代化经济建设无可取代的一次性能源,高产高效开采是经济建设的有力保障,煤炭资源一直处于主导地位。我国现代化煤矿中机械化水平显著提高,同时也带来了机械摩擦损耗问题,影响煤炭生产的效率,带来经济损失。为了减少损耗,提高开采效率,采用激光表面强化技术加工机械产品,提高产品的耐磨性、韧性和强度,对减少损耗、提高劳动生产率、增加经济收入具有重要的意义。
