激光技术在现代化煤矿机械中的应用

摘    要:煤炭资源是我国现代化经济建设无可取代的一次性能源,高产高效开采是经济建设的有力保障,煤炭资源一直处于主导地位。我国现代化煤矿中机械化水平显著提高,同时也带来了机械摩擦损耗问题,影响煤炭生产的效率,带来经济损失。为了减少损耗,提高开采效率,采用激光表面强化技术加工机械产品,提高产品的耐磨性、韧性和强度,对减少损耗、提高劳动生产率、增加经济收入具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The coal resources are no substitute for economic modernization of China’s primary energy,high-efficiency mining is the economic development of effective protection,the long-term coal resources has been in a dominant position.Mechanized coal mine in China’s modernization was significantly improved,but also brought a mechanical friction loss problems affecting the efficiency of coal production,lead to economic losses.In order to reduce losses and improve the extraction efficiency,the use of laser surface hardening technology machinery products,increase the wear resistance,toughness and strength,to reduce losses,improve labor productivity,increase income is of great significance.
