| 摘 要： | 为了提高纯软的开放式数控系统的性能,研究了开放式数控系统的组成结构。根据数控系统各组成模块的功能特点,分析了影响数控系统性能指标的关键模块。重点对数控系统中刀具补偿和加工过程的插补问题开展研究,给出了提高纯软开放式数控系统性能的实现方法,为开发高质量的开放式数控系统奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | To improve the performance of the pure soft open CNC system,has studied the composition of open CNC system structure.CNC system.According the functional characteristics of each component module,has analyzed the performance of key numerical control system module.Focus on the tool compensation and interpolation problems in the CNC machining process.Has given implementation methods to improve the open CNC system,which can make foundation for the development of high-quality open-CNC system. |
