摘    要:重型自卸汽车设计中经常采用三角臂组合式倾卸机构,分别以三角臂和倾卸机构作为受力分析研究对象,对其进行受力分析和力的计算。通过对计算过程、计算精度的比较,证明以倾斜机构为受力分析研究对象时,具有很强的可操作性和实用价值。

Abstract:The triangle-armed tippler framework is often adopted in designing heavy auto-unloading trucks.Taking the triangle arms and tippler framework as the research object of power-bearing analysis.The power borne by the framework is analyzed and the power calculated.Comparison of the calculating process and calculation accuracy,and taking the tippler framework as the research object of power-beating analysis,proving that the tippler framework has maneuverability and practical value when the tippler framework taken as the research objeot of power-bearing analysis.
