| 摘 要： | 简述了义马气化厂目前运行的酚回收工艺及存在问题,介绍了用CO2和H2SO4调整废水pH值的两种试验方法。试验证明,降低pH值能提高异丙醚对废水中酚的萃取率。并简单分析比较了试验结果应用于生产中的情况,提出了新的萃取脱酚流程设想。

| Abstract: | The existing problems in the phenol recovery technology and the method to adjust the pH value of wastewater were introduced in brief.Experiments prove that reducing pH value can improve the extraction yield of phenol in the wastewater by isopropyl ether.The application of the test result in industrial scale was compared and analyzed.An idea of a new extraction process to remove phenol is put forward. |
