摘    要:润扬长江公路大桥南汊悬索桥锚碇基础工程采用冻结排桩法施工,以含水地层冻结形成冻结帷幕墙作为基坑的封水结构,以排桩及内支撑系统作为挡土受力结构抵抗水土压力,解决基坑围护结构的嵌岩及封水问题。施工以平均12d完成1道支撑的土方开挖和混凝土支撑的浇筑速度进行,围护桩变形、支撑轴力和冻结壁温度的变化均控制在允许安全范围内。

Abstract:The frozen row of piles construction method is adopted for the tieback foundation engineering of Nancha suspension bridge of Runyang Changjiang Highway Bridge.Frozen curtain wall generated by freezing water-bearing stratum is used as water-sealing structure of foundation pit and row of piles along with interior bracing structure is used as retaining tension structure in order to resist groundwater soil pressure.The objective of such measures is to solve the embedded rock and water-sealing problem of exterior-protected construction of foundation pit.The construction is carried out at the average speed that earth excavation of one brace and pouring of concrete brace can be finished within12days.Deformation of exterior-protected pile,axi-al force of bracing and temperature change of frozen wall could be controlled within allowable safe range.
