通信电源拓扑的分析与研究

摘    要:本文针对通信电源的特点及现状,对其常用的拓扑进行了研究,提出了采用倍流整流变换器,并对倍流整流电路做了分析,得出了倍流整流电路的优点,针对倍流整流增加一个电感的缺点,提出采用磁集成技术加以改善。并设计了一款48V/15A的通信电源,对其进行了仿真验证,给出了满载时的仿真波形,并对磁集成效果进行了验证。

Abstract:This paper proposes and analyses the ZVS PWM Current Doubler Rectifier topology, according to the characteristic of communications power supply. The analyses shows that Current Doubler Rectifier has a lot of merits, at the same time, the shortcoming is also given. In addition, the applications of magnetic integration technology are introduced. To verify the result, a 48V/15A communication power supply is designed using the topology. Simulation and calculation are given in the end.
