通信电源拓扑的分析与研究

本文针对通信电源的特点及现状,对其常用的拓扑进行了研究,提出了采用倍流整流变换器,并对倍流整流电路做了分析,得出了倍流整流电路的优点,针对倍流整流增加一个电感的缺点,提出采用磁集成技术加以改善。并设计了一款48V/15A的通信电源,对其进行了仿真验证,给出了满载时的仿真波形,并对磁集成效果进行了验证。

Analysis and Study on Topology of the Communications Power Supply

This paper proposes and analyses the ZVS PWM Current Doubler Rectifier topology, according to the characteristic of communications power supply. The analyses shows that Current Doubler Rectifier has a lot of merits, at the same time, the shortcoming is also given. In addition, the applications of magnetic integration technology are introduced. To verify the result, a 48V/15A communication power supply is designed using the topology. Simulation and calculation are given in the end.
