木屑与煤慢速共热解产物特性研究

摘    要:采用TG-FTIR联用的分析方法对木屑与煤共热解产物进行分析,结果发现,木屑与煤共热解产物不是两者单独热解的简单叠加,而是木屑与煤协同反应相互促进或抑制的结果。煤化程度越高木屑与煤共热解过程中CO和CH4的产率越多,CO2的产率越少,液体和固体产物越多。木屑与煤掺混比例对于共热解产物的影响规律性不是非常明显,对于CO和CH4,掺混比例5:5时产率最低;CO2在共热解温度<500 ℃时,掺混比例5:5时产率最高,而在共热解温度>500 ℃时,随着煤的掺混比例的增加产率逐渐减小。木屑与褐煤的共热解固体产率随着掺混比例的增加逐渐增大,木屑与无烟煤的共热解固体产率正好相反。

Abstract:By using TG-FTIR method,the co-pyrolysis products of sawdust and coal were analyzed.It was found that co-pyrolysis products yield was not simple accumulation of mono-pyrolysis,but the result of inhibition or acceleration effect of synergistic reaction.With the increase of coal rank,the CO and CH4 products yields increased,CO2 product yield decreased,and liquid and solid products yields increased.The mixture ratio had less influence on the co-pyrolysis products.With the mixture ratio of 5:5,the CO and CH4 yields were the minimum.When the co-pyrolysis temperature was less than 500 ℃,CO2 yield was the maximum in mixture ratio of 5:5.While the co-pyrolysis temperature was over 500 ℃,CO2 yields decreased with the increase of mixture ration.Solid product yields of sawdust and lignite co-pyrolysis gradually increased as the sawdust ratio in blending raw material promoted.But solid product yields of sawdust and anthracite co-pyrolysis were going in the opposite direction.
