建筑用碳纤维筋预应力锚具的研究

摘    要:目前建筑用碳纤维筋预应力锚具主要有机械夹持锚具和粘结型锚具两大类,但各有优缺点.在实际工程应用较多的机械夹持锚具有着容易安装,现场使用方便等特点,但这种锚具由于夹片的夹持力过大,造成碳纤维筋本身的局部破坏及纤维筋剪切失效.本文研究主要通过对机械夹持锚具结构的改进,提出一种新型锚具的设计,实现减小锚固部分碳纤维筋的应力集中和安装锚具时因位置偏差带来的附加剪切力,从而减轻碳纤维筋的局部破坏及纤维筋剪切失效.

Research on the Anchorage of Carbon Fiber Prestressed Reinforcement Used for Buildings

Abstract:At present the anchorage of carbon fiber prestressed reinforcement is used for buildings mainly that includes mechanical gripping anchorage and bond-type anchorage, and each is of advantages and disadvantages. The mechanical gripping anchorage is wider used in the practical engineering application on account of easy to install and convenient to use, but the local failure and shear failure are likely to occur when clamping force from clamping piece is too large for carbon fiber. This paper designed a new type of anchorage, which reduced stress concentration and shear force of carbon fiber of the anchoring parts, through the improvement of the structure of mechanical clamping anchorage, it is effectively reduced the local failure and shear failure.
