建筑节能设计BIM技术应用研究

摘    要:文章阐述了建筑设计发展趋势,分析了建筑设计中传统的环境分析方法存在的问题,研究了基于BIM技术建筑设计环境分析方法及流程.将BIM技术与建筑设计环境分析相结合,提出了建筑设计过程中建筑环境性能BIM分析与评估方法,实现了建筑节能可视化设计方法,最后结合工程实例,通过建立建筑的BIM模型,对建筑日照,阴影遮挡,节能等设计指标进行了模拟分析,验证了建筑节能分析与设计的BIM技术的高效性.

BIM Technology Application Study on Architecture Energy Saving Design Methods

Abstract:In this paper the development of architectural design is discussed. The problems on traditional design method are analyzed. The procedure and analysis methods applying BIM technology for environmental analysis on architectural design is studied. By combining environment analysis and BIM technology, the evaluation method and analysis on building' environment performance in design procedure is proposed. The visible design method on energy-saving architecture is achieved. Combined with engineering example and based on BIM model, the design indexes for sunlight, shadows shade, energy saving of building are studied, which giving the confirmation that the BIM technology is efficient in architecture energy-saving design.
