低熔点玻璃粉在高温涂料中的应用研究

摘    要:利用低熔点玻璃粉作为高温涂料的介质填料,通过对有机硅树脂、低熔点玻璃粉及各种颜填料的用量进行配方优化,制备出一种能耐700℃的高温涂料。用显微镜研究了高温涂层在不同温度下处理1 h后的表面形貌,提出了熔融的低熔点玻璃粉在400℃以上高温阶段可以起到二次成膜的作用。

Abstract:Low melting point glass as a medium filler of high temperature paint, the high-temperature coating which could resist 700 ℃ were prepared through optimizing the formula of the silicone resin, low melting point glass powder, as well as the pigment. The surface morphology was studied by the microscope after dealing with at different temperatures for I h. The melted low-melting glass powder can play a key role in the formation of the second film of the high temperature phase above 400℃.
