| 摘 要： | 报道了国前碳二选择和氢催化剂BC－H－20B在乙烯装置上的首次开车试用及长周期工业应用情况。试验表明，BC－H－20B碳二加氢催化剂在使用过程中，活性、选择性及稳定性良好，抗波动能力强。通过BC－H－20B催化剂与进口催化剂使用结果比较，证实BC－H－20B催化剂性能优于进口催化剂。该催化剂完全可以在乙烯装置上替代进口催化剂，值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the application of homemade catalyst BC-H-20B for selective acetylene hydrogenation in Yanhua ethylene plant.The experiment results show that the homemade catalyst BC-H-20B has good activityselectivitystability and resistant fluctuation capability.Compared with imported catalyst,it can be proved that the homemade catalyst BC-H-20B has better quality than imported one. The homemade catalyst BC-H-20B can be used widely and substitutes the import in domestic ethylene plants. |
