Q开关1064nm激光去除文身临床综合评定

目的：观察Q开关1046nm激光治疗东方人皮肤纹饰的效果和特殊性，探讨不同部位皮肤纹饰对治疗的反应。方法：采用Q开关1064nm激光对480例文眉、文眼线和上臂文身进行治疗。结果：此疗法可去除或明显淡化黑色文身的颜色，操作简单，安全可靠，无瘢痕等并发症出现，治疗文眉的有效率为达97%，治疗文眼线的有效率为83%，治疗上臂文身的有效率为75%。结论：Q开关1064nm激光治疗东方人皮肤纹饰具有良好的疗效。不同部位，不同特点的文身对治疗的反应有其特殊性。

Clincal sgnthetical evaluation on removing tattoos by Q-switched 1064 nm laser

Objective:To observe the effect and particalarity of removing tattoos on Orientals by Q-swithched 1064nm laser and explore the different reactions to the treatment from different tattoos on different regions of the body.Methods:480 cases with tattoos on eyebrow,eyeline and upper extremity were treated with Q-switched 1064 nm laser.Results:Efficacy in treating tattoos is 97% in eyebrow area,83% in eyeline,and 75% in upper extremity.Conclusions:Treatment of tattoos with Q-switched 1064 nm laser is effective for Orientals,although there are clear differences in reaction to the treatment from different tattoos on different regions of the body.
