摘    要:通过对200MW汽轮发电机组停机过程中,轴承金属温度异常升高现象的分析.发现油质不合格是造成轴瓦磨损的主要原因,并根据现状提出了解决办法,使200 MW汽轮发电机组停机过程中轴承温度异常升高现象得到了有效遏制.

Abstract:Through the diagnosis on the abnormal temperature rise in shutting down of 200 MW steam turbine,we found that the main cause of bearing abrasion was the low quality of the lubricating oil.In this paper,a series of solutions were provided to this problem,and satisfactory results obtained.
