高效微生物在污水生化处理中的应用

摘    要:采用进口高效微生物和普通微生物对校园生活污水进行处理,试验结果表明,高效微生物CODCr降解速率快,4 h时达到80.1%的CODCr最大去除率,能承受的最大进水负荷约为1.14 kg[CODCr]/(m3.d),而相同条件下普通微生物仅为69.2%,能承受的最大进水负荷约为0.76 kg[CODCr]/(m3.d)。根据两反应器稳态运行3个月的数据,前者对CODCr、LAS、NH3-N的去除率平均值为82%、75%、89%;而后者对CODCr、LAS、NH3-N的去除率平均值为72%、42%、78%。其它研究资料表明,高效微生物对高CODCr、NH3-N、挥发酚污水有很好的处理效果。高效微生物用于实际工程的实例也越来越多。

Abstract:Domestic sewage from campus were treated by imported high-efficiency microorganism and general microorganism respectively,the results of the test showed that,the degradation rate of CODCr was faster by the high-efficiency microorganism,the removal rate of CODCr reached the highest(80.1%) in 4 h,the maximum endurable influent loading was 1.14 kg/(m3·d),while,under the same condition,the corresponding values were only 69.2% and 0.76 kg/(m3·d) respectively by general microorganism.According to the data got from the two reactors after 3 months of stable operation,the average removal rate of CODCr、LAS、 NH3-N by the former one were 82%、75%、89% respectively,while,the corresponding values by the later one were 72%、42%、78% respectively.Some other research information showed that,high-efficiency microorganism has a good effect on treatment of sewage with high concentration of CODCr,NH3-N,and volatile phenol,moreover,the examples of high-efficiency microorganism used in practical projects also become more and more.
