| 摘 要： | 玉米DDGS主要是生产乙醇的副产品,综述了玉米DDGS中含的蛋白质、脂质、纤维、磷等营养组成,并根据颜色、酸性洗涤纤维（ADF）含量、霉菌毒素含量、脂肪酸败程度等指标对DDGS进行质量评价。 |

| Abstract: | Corn DDGS is the by-product of producing ethanol,the nutriment in DDGS including lipids,protein,fiber and phosphorus was reviewed.Depending on color,ADF,the quality of DDGS,the level of mycotoxins and rancidity of oil were evaluated. |
