主要谷物水分测定方法比较研究

摘    要:对大米、小麦和玉米水分测定方法进行了比较研究.水分测定方法包括:(Ⅰ)GB/T 5497 105℃恒重法(烘箱干燥105℃,3 h)、(Ⅱ)GB/T 5497定温定时烘干法(烘箱干燥130℃,40 min)、(Ⅲ)ISO712粉状物测定(烘箱干燥130℃,90 min)、(Ⅳ)ISO712常规法(烘箱干燥130℃,2 h)、(Ⅴ)GB/T 10362粉碎玉米水分测定(烘箱干燥130℃,4 h)、(Ⅵ)GB/T 10362整粒玉米水分测定(烘箱干燥130℃,38 h)和(Ⅶ)M105/72(烘箱干燥105℃,72 h).在小麦和大米水分测定及同一类型的粮食水分测定中,方法(Ⅳ)测定值要大于方法(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)、(Ⅲ);其标准偏差要小于这三种方法,精确度较高,方法(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)、(Ⅲ)测定值与方法(Ⅳ)测定值的相关系数较高.玉米水分测定中,方法(Ⅴ)测定值和精确度大于方法(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ),这两种方法的测定结果与方法(Ⅴ)的相关系数较高.

Abstract:The moisture measurement method of rice,wheat and maize were compared.The measurement methods included:(I)GB/T 5497 105℃ constant weight method(oven drying for 3 h at 105℃),(II)GB/T 5497 setted time and temperature drying methed(oven drying for 40 min at 130℃),(III)ISO712 powdery measurement(oven drying for 90 min at 130℃),(IV)ISO conventional method(oven drying for 2 h at 130℃),(V)GB/T 10362 broken maize moisture measurement method(oven drying for 4 h at 130℃),(VI) GB/T 10362 whole maize moisture measurement method(oven drying for 38 h at 130℃),(VII)M105/72(oven drying for 72 h at 105℃).In the,The results of wheat and rice measurement of method IV was higher than methods I,II and III,but the standard deviation of method IV was smaller than other methods,which showed higher precision.Results of methods I,II and III had a higher correlation coefficient with method IV;For the measurement of maize,the results and accuracy of methods V was higher than methods I and II,and the correlation coefficient of the three was high.
