| 摘 要： | 项目投资决策阶段的造价控制是决定工程造价的基础，它直接影响着各个建设阶段工程造价的控制是否科学合理，是建设工程造价控制的重点阶段。文章从建设项目投资决策阶段造价控制重要性入手，分析当前建设工程投资决策阶段造价控制存在的问题，进而提出投资决策阶段工程造价控制的措施，意图对完善投资决策阶段造价的控制有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Investment strategic decision stage of the project cost control is decided the basis of project cost,it has directly impact on the various stages of the construction project cost control whether scientific and rational or not,it is the focus stage of construction projects cost control.This articles from the importance stage of the construction project and investment decision-making,to analyze the existing problems of the construction projects and investment decision-making stage,and then brought forward the measure of the investment decision-making stage and project cost control,it is aim to help for and improve the investment decision-making stage cost control. |
