论四川省水力资源的可持续开发

四川省水力资源丰富．开发条件优越．是我国不可多得的水电能源基地之一，在我国实现能源平衡和“西电东送”战略中具有举足轻重的作用。对其有效开发利用．对促进我国、包括四川省的经济发展、减少燃煤使用造成的大气污染、提高长江中下游地区的防洪标准等具有巨大的经济、社会和环境效益。简述了四川省水力资源的分布特点和利用现状．在此基础上论述了四川省水力资源必须大力开发的必要性，最后提出丁四川省水力资源可持续开发存在的主要问题和采取的主要措施。

Sustainable Development of Water Power Resources in Sichuan Province

Sichuan Province with rich water power resources and good developing conditions is one of rare hydropower energy bases in China and plays an important role in realizing energy balance and "West-East electricity transmission" strategy in the country . Effective development and utilization of Sichuan water power will gain enormous economic, social and environmental benefits in increasing economic growth in China (including Sichuan), reducing atmosphere pollution due to coal burning , improving flood control standard on middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River . Distribution and present state of Sichuan water power resources development are briefly described . Necessity for Sichuan water power development is discussed and finally main problems existed in sustainable development of Sichuan water power resources and main measures taken are presented .
